Raj is an expert breathwork coach and founder of Eka Breath.
After discovering out first-hand just how impactful breathwork can be, through his own journey , Raj strongly believes that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives.
He works with a variety of breathwork modalities and tailors this to his clients and groups accordingly. He is trained and certified as an 200hr Conscious Connected Breathing Facilitator and 200hrs Trauma Informed. With a profound passion for guiding individuals on their transformative journeys, Raj integrates breathwork, sound healing, Somatic and bodywork to promote nervous system regulation and transcend physical and mental limitations. His approach is trauma-informed, emphasizing safety, empowerment, and collaboration to create tailored healing plans.
