The Technique
One conscious breath in and out is meditation.
– Eckhart Tolle
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative breathing technique that involves breathing in a continuous, connected rhythm without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This method creates a flow of energy that helps release physical, emotional, and mental blockages. Here’s how it works:
The Breath Pattern:
Inhale deeply through the mouth, filling your belly completely, and exhale gently, also through the mouth, without forcing the breath. The breath is circular, meaning there’s no pause between the inhale and exhale.
The Process
During a session, you’ll lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and follow the guided breathing rhythm. As you breathe, you may experience sensations, emotions, or insights. This is a natural part of the release and healing process.

Activation of Energy
This technique increases oxygen levels in the body, activating the life force energy (prana or chi). This energy helps to release tension, trauma, and stagnant emotions stored in the body.

Integration
After the active breathing phase, there’s a period of relaxation and integration. This allows your body and mind to process the experience and return to a state of balance.
